We want you to love your FRGN gear. If something isn't right:

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless defective

How to Start a Return:

2. State if you'd like a refund, store credit, or exchange

3. We'll send you instructions

Non-Returnable Items:

- Final sale items

- Gift cards

- Custom/one-of-one items

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after return approval.
